Keystone Float Valves — Models & Applications
Southwest Drilling Supplies stocks the full line of Keystone Energy Tools float valves for drilling and well servicing operations across Western Canada. Float valves are available in standard and H2S service versions to suit your operating environment.
Model G and Model GA The Model G is Keystone's standard float valve for conventional drilling applications. The Model GA features an anti-rotation design that prevents the valve from spinning in the drill string. Both models are available in a range of sizes to suit common drill pipe connections and are stocked in standard and H2S service versions.
Model F and Model FA The Model F float valve is designed for higher flow rate applications and is commonly used in heavier drilling programs. The Model FA includes the anti-rotation feature. Both are available with rubber or metal-to-metal seating depending on your mud system and well conditions.
Model FC The Model FC is Keystone's flapper-style float valve, offering reliable back-pressure control in a compact profile. A popular choice for tight clearance applications.
Model GS and Model GAS The GS and GAS are short-body versions of the G and GA, designed for applications where tool joint space is limited. Available in standard and H2S service.
Coiled Tubing Float Valves (CTFV) Keystone coiled tubing float valves are designed for CT drilling and intervention operations. Available in configurations to suit standard coiled tubing ODs used across Western Canada.
Repair Kits and Parts We stock rubber repair kits and metal repair kits for all Keystone float valve models, along with baffle plates and puller assemblies. Having repair kits on hand reduces rig downtime when a valve needs servicing in the field.
